Southall Associates who are appointed by the N&C Group to ensure that Health & Safety retains a key priority in the business, identified the site for special praise in their 2015 audit.
 
Main Board Director Gary Gingell noted that `for a company who handle, cut and process anywhere up to 100 tonnes of glass per day in what is obviously a very dangerous substance, this result shows a commitment to Health & Safety which is ultimately of benefit to everybody at the site`.
